Step 1

- Cut the turkey cutlets into aiguillettes. Lightly flour them. Crush the fresh goat cheese with a fork. Stir in the cream and chopped mint.

Step 2

- Heat the butter and oil in a pan. Brown the turkey aiguillettes for 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.

Step 3

- Add the fresh goat cheese mixture. Stir for 2 minutes over low heat. Serve hot with steamed zucchini or fennel.
