Tagliatelle Omelette With Anchovies

Directions

Step 1

- Fry the tomatoes in quarters for 3 minutes with 2 spoons of oil, add the capers and anchovies, cook for 2 minutes, add pepper and turn off.

Step 2

- Mix the cornstarch in a bowl with the milk. Break the eggs into it, add salt and pepper, add the herbs and beat the mixture into an omelette.

Step 3

- Cook two thin omelettes in a large oiled pan. Cut them into 2 cm ribbons. Mix them with the tomatoes and anchovies. Serve immediately.
