Crab, Apple And Artichoke Salad

Directions

Step 1

Cook the crabs for 10 minutes in a pot of boiling salted water. Drain them and let them cool. Shell them.

Step 2

Wash and spin-dry the salad. Rinse the chives. Peel the potatoes, wash them and cook them for 20 minutes in salted water. Drain them, cut them into pieces.

Step 3

Peel the artichokes and cut them into four pieces. Rinse the apples, core them without peeling them, cut them into cubes and lemon them.

Step 4

Mix the remaining lemon juice with the oil, honey, salt and pepper.

Step 5

Mix in a salad bowl the salad, the apples, the potatoes crab and artichokes in a bowl. Add the sauce, turn gently. gently. Sprinkle with chives, serve warm. Our advice: Add the creamy parts of the crabs and a little white wine to the sauce
