Directions
Preheat oven to 180°C. Beat the whole eggs in a bowl, adding the grated coconut and cinnamon. Add the milk and sweetened condensed milk, continuing to whisk.
Pour the mixture into four buttered egg dishes. Place them in the drip pan and pour in boiling water. Put in the oven and cook for 20 minutes.
The cream must be barely set. It will take more as it cools. Serve these flans preferably very fresh.
