Directions
Step 1
Pour water into an ice cube tray. Add diced lime and let freeze.
Step 2
Crush 20 mint leaves and 50 g of cane sugar, dilute with 20 cl of lime juice.
Step 3
Add 50 cl of white rum. Pour into glasses and add ice cubes. Top up with 45 cl of Schweppes and and decorate with mint and currants.
