Directions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to (210°C). Divide the red fruits (fresh or frozen) in a dish coated with 20 g of butter. Add a dash of lemon juice and 40 g sugar.

Step 2

In a bowl, mix with a fork the flour, powdered almonds, 60 g of sugar, 100 g of butter, and a pinch of salt, until you obtain a grainy dough.

Step 3

Spread the dough over the fruit, crumbling it between your hands. Bake in the oven for 20 minutes until golden brown and serve warm.
