Step 1

- Quickly rinse the strawberries, hull them and cut them in half. Chop the mint leaves and finely grate the orange zest.

Step 2

- Mix the strawberries with the mint, sugar and zest, then sprinkle with the lemon juice and white port. Add a twist of pepper. Cover with cling film and leave to macerate for 30 minutes in the refrigerator.

Step 3

- Divide the strawberries into bowls with their juice, add a spoon of mascarpone and serve. Our advice : If you don't use white port, you can use a sweet white wine. Add also the juice of the orange.
