Directions
Step 1
Cut the cake into 1 cm thick cubes. Soak them lightly with strawberry syrup diluted with two tablespoons of water.
Step 2
Rinse and pat dry the strawberries. Hull and slice them. Place half of them on the cake cubes distributed in the cups, cover with custard and scatter the remaining strawberries. Serve immediately.
Conclusion
Our advice : The custard should be fairly thick or use a thin custard made from a bag.
